What is specialty sugar?+
A flavor-forward sugar made to add fruit, spice, smoke or sweetness to cooking, drinks, baking and finishing.
Are these cannabis-infused products?+
No. Current Lifted Spoon specialty sugars are non-infused and contain no cannabis or THC.
How should I choose a product?+
Choose Cooking for savory applications like chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables and glazes. Choose Sweet for drinks, baking, fruit, coffee, tea and desserts.
Do product pages show ingredients?+
Yes. Product pages show the current ingredient/component list. Final legal label statements are added only after exact supplier declarations are entered.

Lifted Spoon cottage food products are currently available for delivery within Maryland only.
How long does preparation take?+
Made to order. Standard consumer orders are usually prepared in 1-2 business days after order acceptance.
Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?+
Review each product page before ordering. Final label-ready ingredient statements and allergen information must come from verified product and supplier data.
Are Lifted Spoon products inspected by the Maryland Department of Health?+
Made by a cottage food business that is not subject to Maryland’s food safety regulations.
